Jill has her doctorate degree in audiology from Arizona School of health Sciences, a Master of Science in speech and hearing from Washington University, St. Louis, MO and a Bachelor of Science in Speech Pathology and Audiology from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville.

She is a member of the Academy of Doctors of Audiology and the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
